In the fall of 2021 Dr. Bryan Moses will enter his sixth season as the McPherson head baseball coach and ninth overall as a collegiate head coach. His school record entering the season is 144-92, while his career record is 226-148. Moses also serves as the Assistant Athletic Director for Internal Operations and is the lead play-by-play broadcaster for football and basketball.
In 2021 the Bulldogs accomplished their highest winning percentage in Bulldog baseball history, compiling a record of 38 – 15 (.717). 38 wins was also a Bulldog record. During the campaign, the Bulldogs landed on the national stage after being ranked #17 in the country. In the conference tournament, the Bulldogs knocked off the number 1 seed in route to advancing to the championship game. After the conclusion of the conference tournament, the team was award a regional berth in O’Fallon, Missouri as a number 4 seed. The Bulldogs won two games in O’Fallon and were one game away from the championship round. The Bulldogs fell just short of reaching the NAIA World Series in Lewiston, Idaho. In 2020, the Bulldogs were off to a hot start at 18-7 only to have the season cancelled due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
2019 was a breakout year for the Dogs. They posted 36 wins, the most in school history, to just 17 losses, and were 22-11 in KCAC play. They qualified for the KCAC post-season tournament for just the second time in program history, entering as the #3 seed. A record eight Bulldogs were named to the All-KCAC teams, and one Dog earned a gold glove nod.
Moses guided the Bulldogs to a school-record 30 wins (30-25) in 2018. Seven McPherson players were named to the All-KCAC teams, including four second team members, two honorable mention picks and the Freshman of the Year.
In 2017, his first season at the helm, Coach Moses led his team to the KCAC playoffs after being picked to finish in last place in the coaches pre-season poll.

Moses came to McPherson after serving as an assistant coach at Brown University. He filled a number of roles including coaching the catchers, hitters and aiding in the program's recruiting efforts.
Moses served as the assistant recruiting coordinator and assistant coach at Cal State Northridge.
Before CSUN, Moses was the head coach for three seasons (2013-15) at Antelope Valley (Calif.). After leading the squad as a club team to a 20-5 mark in 2012, he guided the Pioneers to a record of 82-56 in the next three seasons. He also served as a health instructor and department head at the NAIA University.
Moses previously served as an assistant coach at Simpson (Calif.) and spent parts of two seasons as a coach with the Redding Colt 45s summer collegiate baseball team.
Before moving to the collegiate ranks, Moses was the head baseball coach at Skyline (Idaho) High School.

Moses, a Penngrove, Californina, native, graduated from Sonoma State (Calif.) in 2007 with a Bachelor's degree in Communications. He earned a Master's degree in 2011 from Western Kentucky and just completed his doctoral work in Sports Management from Concordia Chicago.
Bryan is married to Breanna and has a son Colt. He is the son of Richard and Michelle Moses and has two brothers, Stephen and Michael.
