Box Score The Lady Bulldogs improved their record to 2-2 Wednesday night, beating the Kansas Wesleyan Lady Coyotes in three games: 25-23, 25-15, and 25-23.
“We started cold in game one, but warmed up in games two and three to get the win,” said McPherson head coach Susan Barton. “We still have some kinks that need to be worked out, but we will get there.”
The Bulldog’s offense was lead by senior Kiley Loesch and freshman Natalie Boss who both finished with 15 kills.
Setters Lindsey Linnebur and Kelley Green led the team with 16 assists a piece.
Defensively sophomore Brooke Wedel led the Bulldogs with 16 digs.
The Ladies hope to continue their luck this weekend as they travel to Hastings, Nebraska to play in another tournament before they return to conference play on September 15.
