Volleyball wins second straight

Box Score Ottawa, Kan. - The Lady Bulldogs improve their record to 4-8 overall and 3-2 in conference after defeating Ottawa University in four Tuesday night 25-18, 21-25, 25-23, and 25-22.

Senior Kiley Loesch, who had 23 kills, with six errors, on 45 attempts, led the Bulldogs on the offensive. Senior Danna Gordon and freshman Natalie Boss ended the match with ten kills with four errors, respectively.

Freshman Lindsey Linnebur led the team in assists with 33, followed by junior Kelley Green who finished with 20 assists.

On the net defensively, sophomore Amy Neufeld led the Bulldogs with one solo block, three assisted blocks, and only one error.

In the back sophomore Savannah Sievers led the bulldogs with
13 digs while sophomore Brook Wedel led the team with 24 serve receives.

The Bulldogs continue conference play Thursday, Oct. 1, at home against the University of Saint Mary. The match is set to begin at 7:00 p.m.
