McPherson, Kan. – The men's soccer teams of McPherson College and Baker University met on Wednesday for their yearly matchup. After 90 minutes of competition, BU walked away winners as they took down Mac 2-0.
"We struggled to find a rhythm today which led to us not being able to find that final pass," said Coach Quint. "Defensively I thought we played very well today."
The offense posted 11 shots in the contest but was only able to place two on frame, one by Johnny Nuthall (Reno, Nev.) and the other by Josh Aubuchon (Rose Hill, Kan.). Oscar Cortez (Dallas, Texas) tallied a team-high three shots.
