McPHERSON, Kan. (macbulldogs.com) --- The McPherson College department of athletics and the M Club will host a Think Pink Night Thursday, Feb. 9, when the Bulldog men's and women's basketball teams welcome Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) rival University of Saint Mary to the Sport Center for a doubleheader.
The women's game between the Bulldogs and Spires is slated to tip off at 6 p.m., with the men's contest to follow at 8 p.m.
Both McPherson teams will be wearing pink warm-ups and fans are encouraged to wear pink as well to support breast cancer awareness and fundraising.
Additionally, a freewill donation will be accepted near the gate with all proceeds to benefit cancer research and patient care through the Relay for Life of McPherson County and Women and Children Combating Cancer (WACCC) in McPherson County. Donations of $1 will receive breast cancer awareness head sweatbands.
