McPherson, Kan. – The McPherson College women's basketball team lost for the second time in a row at home on Monday evening.  This time it was the visiting Tabor College Bluejays, who are receiving votes in the latest NAIA top 25 poll, who upended the Bulldogs on their home court, 70-57.
The game was tight through the first ten minutes of action. As the first quarter ended, the Bulldogs only trailed the Bluejays by a single bucket, 20-18. In the second quarter however, the momentum shifted to the visitors. The Bluejays outscored the Bulldogs in the period 17-2 to go into the locker room at halftime with a 17 point lead, 37-20.

Coaches Quote:
"Thought we came out flat in the second quarter after a very competitive first quarter. In the second quarter we quit moving the ball and didn't get as good of shots as we did early on. I was pleased with our bench though, I thought they gave us a bit of spark overall. Kyrstin Branscum played a really solid game all around. " – Coach Nichols
