Bulldogs outlast the Swedes at home

McPherson gets control early #16 clears the ball after Bethany gets close to the goal. #4 Mya gildon puts one in the net 1-0 bulldogs. Bethany scores one to tie it 1-1. #7 Buendia beats the defenders in a foot race and makes it 2-1. Good save by the McPherson goalkeeper #00 Kunda keeps it 2-1 going into the half. But the bulldogs aren't done yet #30 Martin puts one in to make 3-1. Bulldogs defense holds strong in second half giving the bulldogs a win!

"Tonight was a complete team win.  It was not about one or two players but the entire team that worked hard and did the job to get this win.  I was very proud of the team this evening for their efforts and implementing what we have focused on in training to the game.  Caitlin continues to provide goals and assists as well as congratulations to Mya for getting another goal and Gabby earning her first goal on the year.  We did not play our best this evening but this team continued to fight and work hard which resulted in a win.  We look forward to senior night this Saturday against Friends University." -Coach Olson
