McPHERSON, Kan. — The McPherson College Bulldogs dropped a neutral site match to Texas Wesleyan Monday (Sep. 4) in Baldwin City, Kan.
The Rams scored in the eighth minute, then added another just 67 seconds later. They pushed their lead to 4-0 early in the second half with goals in the 47th minute and 51st minute.
Anthony Pereira put the Bulldogs on the board with his first career goal, thanks to a penalty kick.
Two more goals by the Rams midway through the second half extended the advantage to 6-1.
The Bulldogs remain on the road Saturday (Sep. 9), traveling to Seward, Neb., to take on Concordia University. Kickoff is scheduled for 5:30 p.m.
