McPherson College Director of Athletics Josh Daume announced today a new partnership with Pizza Ranch of McPherson. The agreement will include several "Community Impact Nights" along with regular "Lunch with the Coaches" events.

"We're proud to partner with Pizza Ranch and their owner Joe Parrott in a way that will have a positive impact on our community and Bulldog Athletics," stated Daume. "As part of our ongoing efforts to build community at McPherson College, we want to give back to the McPherson community and some of the organizations that are so important to us."

Community Impact Nights are designed to raise funds for various civic and non-profit groups and organizations. These nights will allow Pizza Ranch patrons to interact with McPherson College student-athletes from various sports who will be working in the dining area. A portion of the proceeds and tips from Community Impact Nights will go to non-profit organizations in the area.

"McPherson College is an incredible part of what makes our community special, and Pizza Ranch of McPherson is proud to supports its students and programs through our Community Impact Nights," stated Pizza Ranch Owner Joe Parrott. "During these events, 10% of our net sales and 100% of the tips go directly to the organization being supported."

Community Impact Nights are scheduled from 5-8pm on Sept. 21 with proceeds going to The Outreach Program, an organization focused on ending food insecurities. On Oct. 5 proceeds will be designated to Christ's Kids Daycare in Galva, and on Nov. 2 the proceeds will benefit Night to Shine, a prom night experience that celebrates people with special needs.

"For us, it's about more than fundraising, it's about investing in students, building relationships, and supporting a college that continues to make a tremendous impact throughout McPherson and beyond," concluded Parrott.

Lunch with the Coaches will be scheduled throughout the fall and spring giving fans an opportunity to interact with head and assistant coaches in a relaxed setting in the Pizza Ranch Community Room. Lunches are currently scheduled for Sept. 14, Oct. 5, and Nov. 5 starting at noon. Pizza Ranch is located at 206 N. Main in McPherson.
