Coach Long is in his third year as an assistant coach for the Bulldog Football program. A former linebacker for Fort Hays State University, Coach Long got his start in coaching as a Graduate Assistant for his alma mater in 2017. During his time with Fort Hays, the football program earned back to back MIAA conference Championships. After two years coaching for the for his alma mater, Coach Long joined the Bulldogs in 2019. He is currently in charge of coaching the Bulldog linebackers.
