McPherson, Kan. – Senior forward Haley Cook (Littleton, Colo.) ended a two-match winless streak for the Bulldogs, as she scored the game winning goal to give the McPherson College women’s soccer team the 1-0 win over Friends University Saturday night at McPherson Stadium.
The victory improves the Bulldogs to 5-6-2 on the season and 2-2-1 in KCAC play, while the Falcons drop to 4-7-1 overall and 2-2-1 in conference.
Cook netted the game winner off an assist from fellow senior Ana Calderon (Lone Tree, Colo.) in the 13th minute.
