Emporia, Kan. The McPherson College Lady Bulldogs fall to Emporia State University in a non-conference match at Emporia on Saturday. The short-handed Lady Bulldogs put forth a good effort in today’s contest but could not overcome the Hornets.
The best performance of the day came from Senior Wrylie Finkle (Wichita, Kan.) who fought hard in her singles match but could not pull out the victory, losing 3-6, 2-6. The Lady Bulldogs travel to Shawnee Oklahoma next Saturday to face Oklahoma Baptist University at a match to be played at 12:00pm.
