Women's Tennis Falls to Kansas Wesleyan

Salina, Kan. - The McPherson College Lady Bulldogs tennis team traveled to Salina to take on Kansas Wesleyan University Thursday; the match was played at the Genesis Health Club indoor tennis facility due to inclement weather.  The Coyotes fared well and won the day with an 8-1 victory over the Lady Bulldogs. 
 
McPherson senior Katie Doffing (Conway Springs, Kan.) was the lone bright spot for the Bulldogs as she was able to win her match by defeating her opponent by a score of 6-1, 6-3. 

The Bulldogs have a busy weekend as they play a triangular with Bethel College and John Brown University in Newton this Saturday, April 14 at Bethel College.  Matches are scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. versus Bethel and 12:00 p.m. versus John Brown.
