Wichita, Kan. – The McPherson College women's tennis team took down conference foe Friends University on Thursday, 9-0. The win keeps Mac perfect in the KCAC at 5-0.
The Lady Bulldogs rolled through doubles with all three positions winning 8-1.
In singles, the team gave up just five games. At No.1, Zoe Bouwmeester took down her foe 6-0, 6-0. Also recording "perfect games" was Nikki Thornburg at the No. 3 position and Nadine Baquiran at No. 5. Both Lea Striegel and Deiah Curtis won their matches 6-1, 6-0 at No. 2 and No. 4, respectively.
