Bulldogs Dominant in Spring 2021 Debut

Leavenworth, Kan. – The McPherson College volleyball kicked off the spring portion of the 2020 season with a pair of straight set victories over University of St. Mary, and Ottawa University.

The Bulldogs finished up the fall portion of their schedule with three consecutive wins, including a sweep of the aforementioned Ottawa Braves. On Saturday, the Bulldogs picked up right where they had left on in November.

The Bulldogs showed no real signs of holiday rust as they started off the day defeating the USM spires 25-17, 25-23, 25-21. They kept things rolling in their final match of the day, sweeping the Braves for the second time, winning 25-21, 25-22, 25-20.

 Next Up

 The wins put the Bulldogs at 11-4 overall, and 8-2 in KCAC matches. They are currently second in the conference standings a game behind Tabor College who is 9-2 and has a win over the Bulldogs in the fall. The MC ladies will be back on the hardwood on Tuesday, hosting the York College Panthers at the Sport Center at 7:00 pm.
