McPherson, Kan. – After a disappointing loss at Bethany on Saturday, the McPherson College men's basketball team bounced back on Wednesday in a big way against Tabor College. The Bulldogs picked up their first win of the New Year, defeating the Bluejays 94-61.

The Bulldogs kept their foot on the gas, and when the clock hit zeros, the lead had ballooned to 33.

Coach Quote
"It was great to play at home again after so many road games. I was very proud of our guys' effort and energy. I thought that every player was totally engaged and competing for each other. Tabor is a good team and I felt like we were able to make them uncomfortable. We need to now turn our attention to another good team in York next Monday."
 Next Up
The Bulldogs are now 6-5 overall, and 4-5 in conference play. After not playing a home game in a month, the Bulldogs will play their second in a row on Monday when the York College Panthers visit the Sport Center. Tip-off is scheduled for 5:00 pm.
