Bulldogs go 2-1 at GoSarpy.com Labor Day Classic

Bulldogs come out of the GoSarpy.com Labor Day Classic with 2 wins against top competition from across the country.

Bulldogs started off slow to receiving votes Grandview, but #24 Darcy Dodd took control of the match with 15 kills, 2 blocks, and 17 digs.#4 Emily Leeson came in for the Bulldogs and contributed 5 kills and was a presence at the net with 5 blocks. #13 Katelyn Moore lead the team with 16 kills.

Day 2 started off with a sweep of Dickinson State. Bulldogs had control of this match from start to finish. Bulldogs saw multiple players contributing and playing at a very high level. #8 Bridget McHugh recorded a season high of 12 kills.
 
Finishing off the weekend, Taylor University came out and played a perfect 3 sets to complete the sweep. Bulldogs competed, but was just not enough.

Bulldogs will be on the road again next weekend for the Park Tournament beginning on Friday September 9.
