McPHERSON, Kan. — The Ottawa University Braves swept the McPherson College Bulldogs Sunday (Apr. 16) at Bulldog Park.
The Braves scored one run in each of the first, third, fourth, and sixth innings to take a 4-0 lead. They added two more in the top of the seventh. Tatyana Alvarado drove in Alexandrea Garcia in the seventh to score the Bulldogs' lone run.
Game two was more of the same, as the Braves put up two in the second, sixth in the fourth, and three more in the top of the sixth.
Mackenzie Egan led off the second inning with a double to left field, then came around to score on an error.
The Bulldogs are back at Bulldog Park Tuesday (Apr. 18) to take on Friends. First pitch is slated for 2 p.m.
