McPHERSON, Kan. — The McPherson College Bulldogs women's tennis team kept their winning streak alive Tuesday (Apr. 18), knocking off the Kansas Wesleyan University Coyotes 5-2 in Salina, Kan.
The Bulldogs made quick work of the doubles point behind wins by Sanchez/Hofer (6-2) and Ortiz/Maxey (6-0).
Kayla Ortiz kept it going with a 6-1, 6-4 win over Eliza Camp, then Grace Maxey made it a 3-0 Bulldog advantage with a 6-3, 6-0 victory in #2 singles. Vanessa Hofer gave McPherson the win with a 6-3, 6-0 victory over Kira McGrown.
