EJ Daffin will be entering his second season as the Director of Cross Country/Track and Field program at McPherson College. Daffin previously served as Assistant Coach for nine seasons and Head Coach for one year.
Coaching Highlights
Daffin took over a Bulldog program in 2025-2026. In his first year as the Director of Cross Country/Track and Field, the program produced six NAIA National Qualifiers and a National Champion. The Bulldogs enter the 2026-2027 season looking to continue an upward trajectory in the KCAC.
In his 3 seasons at the University of Charleston, Daffin produced two NCAA Division II 2nd Team All-Americans, 11 NCAA Division II National Qualifiers, 24 MEC Conference Champions and 125 MEC All-Conference Performances.
In his short time at Highland CC, Daffin coached 6 NJCAA All-Americans and 10 NJCAA National Qualifiers. During his stint at Benedictine College, Daffin coached 5 NAIA All-Americans, 26 NAIA National Qualifiers, 8 HAAC Conference Champions and 47 HAAC All-Conference Performances.
During his tenure at Siena Heights, Daffin coached 4 NAIA National Champions, 7 NAIA All-Americans, 5 WHAC Champions and 17 WHAC All-Conference Performances
Playing Highlights
Daffin competed for Three seasons at NAIA Institution Siena Heights University. Daffin was a six-time WHAC All-Conference athlete, eight-time National Qualifier and an NAIA All-American in his Career. He was also apart of the Siena Heights 2010-2020 All-Decade Team and inducted to the Siena Heights University Hall of Fame four times (3 Team, 1 Individual).
