Box Score McPherson, Kan. – Julia Nimal scored two goals to lead Mid America Christian to a 3-0 victory over McPherson College Wednesday night at McPherson Stadium.
Lindsey McKinney also added a goal for the Evangels, extending the Bulldog losing streak to two games.
Mid America held an 18-11 shot advantage, including 10 shots on goal. Solid net play from Molly Whitwell kept the Bulldogs within striking distance for a majority of the game. Whitwell finished the contest with seven saves in 90 minutes.
Senior Whitney Williams led MC in shots with five.
McPherson resumes action on Saturday, Sept. 19 when they take on Oklahoma Baptist University. The game is set to begin at 5:30 p.m.
