McPherson, Kan. – The McPherson College volleyball team was dominant from start to finish on Wednesday night as they swept the University of St. Mary Spires at the Sport Center 3-0
Like they have done on numerous occasions this season, the Bulldogs got off to a fast start winning the first set 25-19. However this time they kept their foot on the gas, playing to win, rather than playing not to lose. They took the second set 25-20, then completed the sweep by winning set three 25-18.

Tonight it was all about the offense. The Bulldogs had an outstanding .380 hitting percentage, finishing with 46 kills on 100 swings and just eight attack errors.
By the Numbers
Five Bulldogs registered an attack percentage above .300, and four of those five were above .400.
The Bulldogs assisted on 40 of their 46 kills.
On defense, the Bulldogs recorded 33 digs, and five blocks.

 The win moves the Bulldogs to 15-7 overall, and 12-4 in KCAC play. They will be back on the court again this weekend in a pair of KCAC matches. They will host the Sterling College Warriors on Friday evening at 5:00 pm and then turn around and host the Friends University Falcons at 11:00 am on Saturday morning. Â
