McPherson, Kan. – The Bulldog men's and women's were extremely efficient on court against the Friends University Falcons at the Bulldog Tennis Center on Saturday afternoon. The matches lasted roughly two and a half hours with both Bulldog teams cruising to a 7-0 decision.
The Bulldog women were only pushed by the top half of the Falcon line up. The Falcons were solid 1-3 in singles and at the no. 1 doubles position. After that the level of play dropped off quickly. The Bulldogs swept all three doubles matches, dropping just two games in route to securing the doubles point.
In singles, the Bulldogs had a fight in the top half of the lineup. They won all three matches, but they were a battle. In the matches 4-6, the Bulldogs didn't lose a single game.
Below are the women's scores.

Coach President commented on the Bulldogs' wins saying, ""We went out and did our job! And we as a coaching staff couldn't have asked for anything better. I know we are still getting better every day and that's what we want to do. We haven't hit our peak as yet and we still have the fire and energy! We are excited to take on Bethel College on Monday!"
The Bulldog men are now 8-1 on the season and a perfect 5-0 in KCAC play while the women are 6-3 overall, and 3-1 in conference matches. It's a short turnaround for the Bulldogs as they will host the Bethel College Threshers on Monday at 3:30 pm in a match that was originally scheduled for last week, but was postponed because of the weather.
