HAYS, Kan. – The McPherson College men's track and field team put forth good performance at the Alex Francis Classic.
In the discus,
Lamar Gordon garnered the silver medal after posting a mark of 47.98m.
Kamden Tackett recorded a 10
th-place finish in the javelin after posting a mark of 41.14m.
The Bulldogs had a solid showing in the 400m.
Rinaldo Moore earned the bronze with his third-place finish after crossing in 47.78. Moore edged out teammate Kobe Brown, who was fourth with a time of 47.82.
Nicolas Tornay finished 10
th in the 100m with a time of 11.00.
Matthew Williams snagged 13
th place with a time of 11.16.
The Bulldogs return to action May 1-2 at the KCAC Outdoor Championships hosted by Kansas Wesleyan.
