Wichita, Kan. – The McPherson College men's tennis team travelled to Wichita to take on the NCAA D-I #72 Wichita State University Shockers; the match was played to clinch and the shockers swept most of the singles positions.
Junior Rafael Bulnes (Rosmalen, Netherlands) was able to claim the first set in his match against Tin Ostojic and was on serve in the second set before the Shockers were able to sweep the #2-6 matches to claim the victory and halt Bulnes's singles match. Officially, the match cannot be counted for Bulnes.
The Bulldog's will open KCAC play with a home match against Tabor College on April 5th; the first serve will be at 9:00am at McPherson High School.
