Hillsboro, Kan. – Monday brought about the fourth KCAC sweep out of five opportunities for McPherson College men's tennis as they took down Tabor College 9-0; the Bulldogs didn't drop a set and only gave up eight points on the day. The win puts Mac at 12-4 on the year and a perfect 5-0 with two conference matches left in the regular season.
It was a perfect 24-0 sweep at doubles, going in order 1, 2, 3.
In singles, Ahmed Lahlou gave Mac their fifth point with his 6-0, 6-0 win at the No. 2 position, clinching the match. Seniors Jaime Roman and Allen Darmawan also swept their opponents 6-0, 6-0.
Mac will take on Friends University this Thursday, April 16 at the McPherson High School tennis courts starting at 4:00 p.m. (CT); this will be the team's final home match of the season.
