McPHERSON, Kan. — After an incredible showing in the KT Woodman Classic,
Rinaldo Moore saw that effort rewarded as he has been named the KCAC's track athlete of the week on the men's side.
The junior participated in both the 110 meter hurdles and the 400 meter hurdles and earned medals in both, placing second place in the 110 meter hurdles with a time of 13.70 and third place in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 53.87. Moore finished both events as the highest placing NAIA athlete, only coming behind NCAA Division I and Division II athletes.
"What an honor for Rinaldo to be named KCAC Track athlete of the week," coach
Tracy Jex said. "Rinaldo is a very talented athlete and could honestly be up for this award every week. He amazes me every week with what he does".
