Kaiser was a four-year letterwinner as well as a KCAC All-Academic selection in both basketball (1991-94) and track and field (1992-94) and a NAIA Scholar-Athlete All-American. On the court, she twice received all-KCAC honorable mention honors (1993, 1994). On the track, she was a two-time KCAC champion in the 400-meter hurdles (1991, 1992) and still holds the school record in the event (1:05.78). Kaiser was also a member of the school-record-holding 4x100 relay at the time of her graduation and, in 1992, qualified for the NAIA national championships in both the 100- and 400-meter hurdles.

A member of M-Club, Kaiser was a homecoming candidate as a junior and served as senior class vice-president. She was also named the McPherson College Female Athlete of the Year in her senior year.

Originally from Smolan, Kansas, Kaiser graduated from McPherson College with a degree wholistic health and fitness. She went on to further study in medical technology at Wichita State University before working as a medical technologist in hospitals in Iowa, Ohio and Kansas. Kaiser is a member of the American Society of Clinical Laboratory Science (ASCLS) and American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) and is a board-certified medical technologist. Now working as an executive medical assistant at Quantum Wellness Center, Kaiser resides in Weston, Florida, with her husband Jay, son Karson and daughter Payton.
